TRESemme's Dry Shampoo has become a staple in my life. As I get older, I find that my hair that used to require daily washing, is bordering more on the dry/oily side. Guess that's another change that occurs as we get older?! This product works great for me, especially if I want to wear my hair curled. It always tends to do better if it's a little bit dirty. You simply spray it into the hair in the areas that need freshening, let sit for 15 seconds, then brush through. I also use my blowdryer and blast the sections while I brush it through. This brand is very cost efficient as well. Try it out; I think you'll love it as much as I do!
For the little product whore in us all, here is a guide to all things cosmetic. Whether it's makeup suggestions, workout or nutrition tips, or just something to give you a little "lift," you've come to the right place for beauty advice! If it could be my full-time job, it SO would be!

After my jog this morning, I wanted to share this music with you. Kari Jobe's new album, Where I Find You, is awesome. It's a great mix of slow and faster beats, which makes for a great "wake up and get going" greeting. All of her music is great, actually. My favorite song of hers is Revelation Song, which is not on this album, but can be found on iTunes. Enjoy, and happy Tuesday!

Over'shadow' the Spotlight!
Sorry to have neglected you for 2 whole months, blogger friends!
I have used this shadow since I was about 15 years old. It has more pigment than most department store brands, but at a fraction of the price (last time I checked, this shadow retailed at under $8) Currently, ULTA is having a BUY ONE GET ONE FREE SALE, so this is perfect timing to go grab one! The color shown above is my favorite, called Silk. Although, prepare to search a few stores, because they are usually sold out of it! Ulta is the maker and the store where you will find this gem. I love to use it as a highlight shade (just underneath the brow bone). I also sometimes use it underneath the eye to brighten.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful summer! Cheers!
